2% of the restaurant's weekly gross sales plus a 50/50 split (Bonus Service Fee) per period (four weeks or 28 days) of the franchise owner's restaurant's net profits. However, such bonus fee shall not apply unless the franchise owner's net profits are a minimum of 10% during any period and shall not exceed and additional 2% of the weekly gross revenues.
